  • How can I track my order? We offer convenient Email, Text and App Delivery confirmations for all shipments.   
  • How will my order be packaged? Orders are shipped inside indiscreet packaging to help keep all your purchases safe and private. 
  • Where do you ship from?  We have several US based warehouse located in CA, FL and IL. Some orders will ship from separate locations resulting in multiple tracking numbers. We will email or text you the details to keep you in the know every step of the way. 
  • Can I cancel or change my order? Orders begin processing immediately through our API software integration at our warehouse and are shipped within 24-48 hours. Please contact us through our live chat or email to request a change to your order. We cannot make guarantees, but we will do our best to assist you with your request.

Important Notes for Deliveries

Customers living in rural locations, HI or AK may experience a one day delay in shipping.  In some instances, orders are re-routed or delayed due to manual error or weather complications - Salt and Lace Intimates is not responsible when a courier fails to deliver within their quoted timeframe.  We will do our best to assist you in all situations.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes, please enter your address at checkout to confirm that shipping is available to your country. 

Salt and Lace intimates is not responsible for:
  • Packages sent to the wrong address - Please take great care when entering your shipping address. If the wrong address is provided, the customer is responsible to return the order for store credit or place a new order. If the package is returned to sender due to insufficient address, the order will be restocked and the customer will be issued a store credit in the full amount minus original shipping and handling fees. The original order cannot be credited unless it is returned to Salt and Lace Intimates.  

  • Orders marked as delivered - If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local courier's office directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them.  You may also try contacting your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered there.  If you believe your package was stolen, please report it to your local authorities. Salt and Lace Intimates is not responsible for missing packages when the courier provides proof of delivery. 

  • Customs - The customer’s purchase is their consent to promptly pay their country’s import duties, taxes and all custom fees. Please understand, any customs delays are 100% beyond the control of Salt and Lace Intimates.  Please kindly wait for the package to be accepted  and released by your customs department. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the US. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If the customer refuses to pay the customs fees, the package will be abandoned at the customs department and no refund or credit will be issued to the customer. 

  • Courier delays - Certain cities may still be impacted by personnel shortage due to Covid-19. While we see the situation improving, it does still occur from time to time.  Please understand: Salt and Lace Intimates is not responsible if orders are delayed by weather or other factors which delay packages. These delays are unforeseen and we cannot be held liable for courier guarantees. We will not refund shipping fees if the courier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
