As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact us in new and significant ways, I’d like you to know that all of us at Salt and Lace Intimates share your concerns. The health and safety of our customers and employees have always been top priorities for Salt + Lace.
We are committed to communicating to you that no one from our factories, warehouses or offices has tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Furthermore, designers and warehouse employees must wear masks and gloves until further notice. We are also restricting visitors at our headquarters and all sales trips have been suspended.
We are taking this crisis very seriously and continue monitoring the situation very closely.

Please allow up to 3 business days processing time during busy holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas.
During peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. For this reason our Express shipping may be delayed.
Customers living in rural locations inside the US may experience a one day delay in shipping.
Please enter your address at checkout to confirm shipping is available to your country. The checkout will always clearly display which shipping methods are available to your location. Shipping times are estimates and commence after the order is processed.
If you order products from our site, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the US. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. We begin processing your order within hours of the order’s receipt. We respect all requests to modify or cancel orders. Please email us to email@example.com. We will do our absolute best to help modify or cancel your order; however, we cannot guarantee it. Please understand it is systematically impossible to cancel orders once the parcel begins processing. A fee, amounting to 5% of the order, will be charged to the customer when orders are cancelled.
Packages sent to the wrong address - Please take great care when entering your shipping address. If the wrong address is provided, the customer is responsible to return the order for store credit or place a new order. If the package is returned to sender due to insufficient address, the order will be restocked and the customer will be issued a store credit in the full amount minus original shipping and handling fees. The original order cannot be credited unless it is returned to Salt and Lace Intimates.
Orders marked as delivered - If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local courier's office directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them. We cannot be held accountable for orders that confirm the order has been delivered to your address.
Orders held by customs and customs fees - Please understand, any customs delays are 100% beyond the control of Salt and Lace Intimates. Please kindly wait for the package to be accepted by your customs department. Your order may be subject to import dutiesand taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the US. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility.
