Customers living in rural locations inside the US may experience a one day delay in shipping.

packages sent to the wrong address-please take great care when entering your shipping address. If the wrong address is provided, the customer is responsible to return the order for store credit or place a new order. The original order cannot be credited unless it is returned to Salt and Lace Intimates.
orders marked as delivered-if your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local courier's office directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them. We cannot be held accountable for orders that confirm the order has been delivered to your address.
