US First Class 3-5 business days shipping is Free on orders $100 or more.
US Priority 2-3 business days shipping is Free on orders $200 or more.

We ship orders from Woodstock, IL and Miami, FL. Some orders will ship from both locations resulting in two tracking numbers. You will receive convenient email confirmations for all shipments.

Per USPS, please allow an additional 1-2 business days delivery if you are in a remote location.
While most shipments are dispatched same day, please allow up to 3 business days during busy holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas.
During peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. For this reason our Express shipping may be delayed.
Customers living in rural locations inside the US may experience a one day delay in shipping. If you need express/guaranteed delivery, please consider paying for it at checkout.
Your order will be delivered in an indiscreet gray mailer bag to help keep all your purchases safe and private.
For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking straight to your door.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
We ship to most countries and outlying islands. The checkout will always clearly explain processing times and which shipping options are available to your location. Express shipping options are available upon checkout. Shipping times are estimates and commence after the order is processed.
If you order products from our site, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the US. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

We are committed to communicating to you that no one from our factories, warehouses or offices has tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Furthermore, designers and warehouse employees must wear gloves until further notice. We are also restricting visitors at our headquarters and all sales trips have been suspended.

We begin processing your order within hours of the order’s receipt. We respect all requests to modify or cancel orders. Orders can be modified or cancelled if an email is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within one hour of the placement of the order. We will do our absolute best to help modify or cancel your order; however, we cannot guarantee it. Please understand it is systematically impossible to cancel orders once the parcel begins processing. A fee, amounting to 5% of the order, will be charged to the customer when orders are cancelled.
packages sent to the wrong address-please take great care when entering your shipping address. If the wrong address is provided, the customer is responsible to return the order for store credit or place a new order. The original order cannot be credited unless it is returned to Salt and Lace Intimates.
orders marked as delivered-if your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office or DHL courier directly to investigate the issue and file a claim with them. We cannot be held accountable for orders that confirm the order has been delivered to your address.
orders held by customs and customs fees-please understand, any customs delays are 100% beyond the control of Salt and Lace Intimates. Please kindly wait for the package to be accepted by your customs department. Any customs fees applied are the customer's responsibility.
shipping delays-we are NOT responsible if the order is not delivered by the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 days to process the shipment and we cannot be held liable for USPS or DHL guarantees.
