You will receive an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-6 business days after the delivery of your Return. Store credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this. Once your return request is submitted, it will be reviewed for approval. A prepaid label and complete instructions will be emailed to you.
Once your return is received, please allow 3-6 business days for processing. We will send you an email confirmation once we have processed your return.
Please write your RMA # on the outside of your return packaging for faster processing.
Returns for Store Credit: A free prepaid return label will be sent to you. The amount of your Store Credit will include the purchase price and taxes paid for item(s) returned. Store Credit does not include the shipping you paid at the time of the order. Store Credit never expires.
Returns for Exchange: A free prepaid return label will be sent to you and your requested size will be shipped at no additional cost.
We accept returns on items in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations.
All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging and brand tags.
If an item is returned in unsatisfactory condition we will send it back to you or issue you a partial Store Credit for up to 50% the purchase price.
Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO addresses and PO Box Addresses. We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders. Please obtain tracking for your records.
All color shades can slightly differ in each production run. We shoot a lot of our photography on film, and use filters when editing; therefore, lighting may have an effect on the color(s) in the photos and the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life. We do our best to accurately describe the colors you will receive on the product page and we welcome any feedback you may have about your personal experience.
