Returns Policy

We want your shopping experience at Salt and Lace Intimates to be a fantastic one! That's why we offer returns on everything, including intimates and swimwear!  Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however, if something does not work out, we're here to help! 

 

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. We offer an easy returns process with just a few clicks!  Click HERE to request a return.
  2. Once your return request is submitted to us it will be reviewed for approval.  An email will be sent to you afterwards with instructions for your return. 
  3. We recommend you select a shipping method with a tracking number.  If your package is lost in transit, Salt and Lace Intimates will not be held responsible. 
  4. Please allow 3-10 business days for return processing.  
  5. Once your return is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation.  

RETURN POLICY DETAILS

  • All items MUST be postmarked within 14 DAYS of delivery date.
  • All items must be in new condition, with tags and sanitary liners still intact. If an item has been altered, by smell or appearance, the item will be returned to the customer's shipping address.
  • We offer store credit or exchange ONLY for unworn and unaltered items.
  • If your order arrived after your need-by-date, you may return item(s) for store credit only. You may use your store credit for a future occasion. 
  • We do not offer REFUNDS, unless the item you received is deemed faulty by Salt and Lace Intimates. 
  • Unauthorized returns are not permitted and will be returned automatically to the customer. 
  • ANY ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT OF 30% OR HIGHER ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

EXCHANGES

Please specify the size you would like and we will ship you a new item.  If the item is no longer available, a store credit code will be emailed to you. 

    SHIPPING COSTS

    The cost incurred for returning item(s) to Salt and Lace Intimates for an exchange or a store credit are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Salt and Lace Intimates.  

    FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEMS

    • If a wrong item is received or an item is faulty/damaged upon arrival, please request a return and upload images as evidence.  Please provide 1 image of the entire item and 1-2 images of the fault.
    • Items damaged upon arrival must be UNWORN and UNWASHED and returned within 14 DAYS of delivery date to be accepted for a return.
    • If an item is damaged after it has been worn, it may NOT be returned. All items must be unworn and unwashed to be accepted for a return.
    • Please note: All color shades can slightly differ in each production run. We also shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore, lighting may have an effect on the color(s) in the photographs and the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.  These differences do not qualify as faults or defects.
    • If you need assistance, please email support@saltandlaceintimates.com immediately.  We will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue (your choice of full refund, store credit, or exchange). 

    ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

    We begin processing your order within hours of the order’s receipt.  We respect all requests to modify or cancel orders. Orders can be modified or cancelled if an email is sent to  support@saltandlaceintimates.com within one hour of the placement of the order.  We will do our absolute best to help modify or cancel your order; however, we cannot guarantee it.  Please understand it is systematically impossible to cancel orders once the parcel begins processing. A fee, amounting to 5% of the order, will be charged to the customer when orders are cancelled.

    IMPORTANT

    • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNLESS THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED IS DEEMED FAULTY BY SALT AND LACE INTIMATES.  
    • BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT SALT AND LACE INTIMATES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COURIER DELAYS. THESE DELAYS DO NOT QUALIFY THE ORDER FOR A REFUND.  ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES AFTER YOUR NEED-BY-DATE.
    • WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED ABOVE.
